1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
2 medium Carrots, raw
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
0.5 cup Peas, frozen
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
tumeric, garlic powder, onion powder, black salt for tofu

Fry the tofu with the seasonings set aside, saute leek, garlic, ginger, then add carrots and pepper. Add the soy sauce, then add the rice and stir around till everything is warm and the liquid is absorbed. Add the cabbage and wilt, add the peas, adjust the seasoning.
