12 oz Beef Chuck Roast
1 large can dice tomatoes
1 small can (8oz) tomato sauce
1 cup dice celery
1 cup dice onion
3 cloves garlic minced
2 cups Zucchini, chunks
4 potatoes, chunks
1 bay leaf
dash red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste




How Do I Make Mom's Pot Roast?

Here is how you make Mom's Pot Roast:

In dutch oven place all ingredients but zucchini and potatoes. Cover and cook over a low heat for 1 to 11/2 hours. Then add potatoes, cover and continue cooking. In a half hour add the zucchini, cover. Continue cooking until the meat is falling apart. Add water as needed.Great with crusty french bread.
