Here is how you make Michelle's Almost Homemade Spaghetti Sauce:

1. In large sauce pan, heat olive oil and add onion and mushrooms. Brown slightly and then add garlic about 30 seconds before you add the meat. You don't want the garlic to brown.2. Add meat and mix in with the onion/mushroom mixture while it cooks. 3. When the meat is browned (drain juices if you prefer), add spaghetti sauce and simmer on low heat for about an hour. 4. For last half hour, add the tomato paste and stir until combined.This makes about 15-20 servings of sauce.
