2 28oz cans of Diced Tomatoes, drained
2 29oz cans of Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Italian Seasoning blend
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large onion, diced
1 lb italian sausage
1 lb ground beef

Here is how you make Dad's Spaghetti Sauce:

In a 4 or 6 quart slow cooker, empty the cans of tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Mix in Italian Seasoning. In a large sauce pan, over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add to slow cooker and mix. Cook italian sausage over medium heat and add to slow cooker. Cook ground beef, drain and add to slow cooker. Let the sauce cook for at least an hour before enjoying.
