1 med onion- finely chopped
1 med green pepper- chopped
2 cloves garlic- minced
2 cans 15 oz tomato sauce
2 cans 12 oz tomato paste
1 can 7.5 oz black olives drained and sliced
2 envelopes Italian style spaghetti seasoning
3 cups water
1 Tb sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 bay leaf- crumbled
