Here is how you make Scallops Oreganata:

In food processor, blender or mixer, mix butter, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Slowly pour in olive oil until it has a mayonnaise like texture. Mix in breadcrumbs and add salt & pepper to taste. Rinse scallops & pat dry. Place in an au gratin (shallow) baking dish. Pour a little white wine in bottom of the dish. Place scallops in baking dish and top with oreganata mixture.
