Here is how you make Meditteranean Shrimp:

Put olive oil in non-stick skillet and heat. Add shrimp, garlic and peppers. Cook for 4 minutes and then add other spices, olives, tomatoes and wine. Simmer for approx 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with water until disolves. Slowly add to the shrimp mix until thickened.Serve over pasta or rice.
