Here is how you make Shrimp Mooshka:

1. In medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat.2. Add spices and garlic to pan and heat quickly.3. Add shrimp, shell on and cook until just barely pink.4. Add wine; cover and simmer 5 minutes.5. Serve immediately.This serves 4 people-- (4 oz of shrimp and 1/4 of juice)This is an interactive eating meal. Serve in bowls with sauce. Pick up shrimp, suck off juice, pull off shell, re-dip in sauce and eat. This goes great with a veggie-packed salad and sourdough bread (dip the bread in the sauce--yum!). We have also eaten it over brown rice with asparagus or with whole wheat pasta.
