I added a variety of dried herbs, pepper flakes, cumin and salt free seasoning to taste. Add the veggies, tomatoes and sauce. Bring to a boil and then simmer for at least an hour. Check it often and add more water if needed. Test some beans to see if they are done by pressing them with a fork. Add the spring mix towards the end.
