1/2 small bag frozen cork kernels
1 Tbsp Cumin

2 Tsp Black pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 can reduced sodium tomato soup plus half can water
1 regular size can diced tomatoes (can use chiles/tomatoes)
2 Tbsp or more of hot sauce, i used Tapatio.

Here is how you make Spicy Southwest Stoup:

This is like a chili/but not quite. Serves about 4. In a saucepot, Mix Soup, water, veggies and spices and bring to a simmer. In a pan, saute and cook the turkey, making sure to cook all the way through. When the turkey is done, add to the simmering soup, and let simmer for about 35 min, or until everything is well mixed.
