Drain tofu, and crumble with a fork. Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces. In a non-stick pan, cook kale, mushrooms, and bell pepper in 1/4 cup water. When kale is wilted, add tofu. Sprinkle spices on top of mixture. Cook until tofu is heated through and spices are evenly distributed. Drizzle honey over mixture, and stir until combined.
