Rinse spinach, add to pot and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove, squeeze out excess water and rip sections into smaller pieces (or chop). In large bowl combine hot pasta and ricotta cheese until blended. Add 3/4 cup shredded cheese, stir to blend. Stir in spinach and then sauce and combine.Grease a 9 X 12 casserole dish, add pasta mixture. Scatter remaining cheese over the top of the pasta dish.
