Here is how you make Indian Spinach:

Heat olive oil in a medium sized skillet. Add spices and stir around until they start to blacken. Add garlic, and continue cooking until garlic softens.Add Tikka Masala and mix until all ingredients are combined.Add spinach, mixing until the sauce is distributing evenly. Cook until the spinach softens.Add cheese. I wasn't able to figure out how to get mine to stay solidified, so I crumbled it and mixed it all in together. You can also use paneer.Cook until all ingredients are done. Goes well with rice and bread.Makes 6-8 servings.
