3 oz prosciutto
1 shallot or onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup frozen peas
5-6 oz fresh baby spinach
4 oz feta cheese.


How Do I Make Farfalle with Spinach and Peas?

Here is how you make Farfalle with Spinach and Peas:

Makes 4 servings. Cook 12 ounces of farfalle pasta. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of cooking water. Meanwhile, heat 1 TBSP olive over medium heat. Cook 3 ounces of thinly sliced prosciutto, torn into 1 inch pieces for about 2 minutes and transfer to paper towel to drain. Reheat skillet & add 1 chopped shallot or onion. Cook for about 3 minutes until softened. Stir in 2 cloves thinly sliced garlic and cook 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup frozen peas, a 5/6 oz bag of fresh baby spinach and 1/4 teas black pepper to the shallot mixture. Add the cooked pasta, 4 oz crumbled feta cheese and the reserved pasta water.
