1/2 cup mushrooms, canned or fresh are OK.
1 cup beef broth
1 T dijon Mustard
1/2 cup plain, fat free yogurt


How Do I Make Leftover Steak Strogonoff?

Here is how you make Leftover Steak Strogonoff:

Slice onion thinly and saute in the 1 T olive oil. Add mushrooms and beef broth (if using fresh mushrooms, you may want to saute them with the onion a bit first), and cook 5-10 min., until the liquid thickens a bit. Stir in mustard and beef and simmer about 5 min. until everything is heated thru.
