Makes about 5 servingsCut steak into thin stir-fry pieces, place in a bowl with 1/2 cup marinade. Mix well. Let stand in refrigerator at least 20 minutes.In a large fry pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add the onion and carrots, saut? until carrots start to become tender. Add remaining veg, continue to saut? until all vegs. are tender crisp. Remove to a bowl. Add marinated steak to hot pan. Cook until steak begins to brown, about half way done.
