Mix up soup and can of water. Spray crock pot with cooking Spray. Add a small amount of soup mixture to bottom of crock then add 2 cube steaks. Add half the bag of baby carrots and half the chopped onion then put 2 steaks on top of this then add the rest of the carrot and onion. Pour over the rest of the soup mixture.
