I made this with the staple veggies that I keep in the fridge. I use Mexican squash it is light green squash similar to it's darke green twin, zuchinni. Any squash will do, and if you want a more spicy taste, add jalapeno.

2 mexican squash diced
1 green bell pepper
4-5 sweet red peppers
1/4 diced onion

1 can of sweet corn

2 or 3lbs of Chuck Steak (trim and remove the fat)
with kitchen shears and cut into steak into medium pieces.

3 tbs. Olive oil or your favorite type of cooking oil

salt
pepper
unseasoned meat tenderizer (optional)
dried basil leaves (whole or in pieces)

Here is how you make Jessy's TEX-MEX Steak and Veggies:

Heat oil for 2minutes on high in wok or large deep frying pan (will need one with a lid).Add steak, salt, pepper, basil and tenderizer. Cook on high for about 3minutes stirring frequently.Reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes. Stir occassionally.Add all the veggies and soy sauce. Cook on medium heat for about 20-30 minutes or until tender.
