Take broccoli and carrots and microwave in covered dish for 5 minutes. Meanwhile heat oils in large skillet or a Wok would be better. Add broccoli and carrots to oil, cover and cook for 3 minutes. Add asparagus and celery to wok, cover and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stir in soy sauce and remove from heat into a seperate bowl. Add cut meat to wok and cook for 5-10 minutes, then add garlic and stir. Add hoisin sauce stirring frequently reduce heat and add cooked brown rice.
