1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil


How Do I Make Sweet Citrus Shrimp?

Here is how you make Sweet Citrus Shrimp:

In a small skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. While the olive oil is heating, in a small sauce pan mix vinegar and sugar and put on high heat. Place defrosted shrimp in skillet and sprinkle with lemon pepper, fry until pink all the way through. While the shrimp is cooking keep an eye on the vinegar reduction and stir occasionally. After the vinegar reduction has boiled for about 5 minutes add sectioned clementine. Let boil another 2 minutes and then turn off burner. Let settle for about two minutes. Place shrimp on plate and drizzle with the vinegar reduction.
