Here is how you make Herbed Tilapia:

Coat the bottom of a large non-stick frying pan with EVOO then lay the onion slices on the bottom of the pan.Place the tilapia filets on top of the onion slices, then sprinkle with seasonings and cover pan with a lid.Cook on medium for about 12-15 minutes, turn fish over once half way through cooking.
