Here is how you make Tuna Tacos:

Heat the oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute or two. Chop the tuna steak into small cubes. And place into hot oil with taco seasonings (store bought stuff will do, but homemade is better). Cook very quickly, stirring occassionally (3-4 minutes to leave it a little rare).When the tuna is almost done, add the sour cream, onions, cilantro, salt and pepper and stir until heated through.Put the creamy tuna mixure into 6 tortillas.
