Here is how you make Turkey and Bean Skillet:

Brown turkey in seperate pan. Drain fat. Set aside.In skillet/pan heat olive oil over med heat and add onion and garlic. saute for 2 mins and add the rest of the veggies. Cover and let cook down. Add beans (rinsed and drained), and can of diced tomatoes. Stir and cook a few minutes. Then add turkey and spices. Stir well and cover to cook over medium for 5-10 mins.
