1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces drained (save liquid)
2 C. diagonally sliced celery
1 (16 oz) can bean sprouts, drained
3 T. Soy sauce (I use less salt soy sauce - but calculated with regular)
5 t. cornstarch
3 T. water
2 C. cooked cut up turkey


How Do I Make Turkey Chow Mein?

Here is how you make Turkey Chow Mein:

In large skillet cook and stir onion and mushrooms until onion is tender. Add enough water to reserved jushroom liquid to measure 1 1/2 cups liquid, stir into onion-mushroom mixture with celery, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and Equal packets. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.Blend cornstarch and water; stir into vegetable mixture. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for one minute. Stir in turkey, heat through.
