Here is how you make Veggie Turkey Beef and Bean Burger:

Mix the beef and turkey together in a large bowl. Blend squash, beans, red pepper and onion in blender until smooth. Add all spices and pour into meat mixture. Add flax seed. Form into 9 patties and freeze separately on a greased cookie sheet. When fully frozen, store in plastic bags and take out as needed. Cook or grill about 3-5 minutes on each side.
