4 tbs seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp groud sage
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil


How Do I Make The Best Turkey Burger?

Here is how you make The Best Turkey Burger:

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a large mixing bowl and mix with hands until well combined. Form into 5- 4 oz. patties and flatten slightly. Heat olive oil in non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add burgers to the pan and cover. DO NOT TOUCH for 3-5 minutes until golden brown on one side. Flip the bugers, lower heat to medium, cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes until no longer pink in the center. Remove from pan and serve with whole grain buns, lettuce, and sliced tomato.
