Form turkey burger in to 4 patties, season with salt & pepper, if desire. Place in preheated, non-stick pan and cook on medium, flipping once, until no longer pink inside (approximately 5 minutes per side). When almost cooked through, place 1 tbls. teriyaki sauce on top of each patty. Turn over, and place another tablespoon on tope of each patty. Turn over again to heat sauce.
