Add the ground turkey into the bowl, and with a large spoon, distribute the seasonings equally throughout the meat.3. Crumble in the blue cheese.4. Blend in the finely chopped baby spinach, so that the green is equally distributed.5. Form into four, equally-sized patties. Chill until you're ready to cook.ASSEMBLY1.
