1 lb ground turkey breast
12 corn tortillas
1/2 jar Salsa Verde
1 1/2 cup Shredded cheese (2% 2% Milk Mexican 4 Cheese Blend)
1 cup Onion chopped
1 tbsp Cilantro chopped
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Coriander
1/2 cup canned corn, drained
1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Non stick spray



How Do I Make Turkey Tacodillas?

Here is how you make Turkey Tacodillas:

Heat large pan over med-high heat, add half of oil. Season turkey with cumin and coriander, salt and pepper if desired. Brown Turkey, remove and reserve in bowl. Return pan to heat, add remaining olive oil and saute onion until soft, add cilantro, beans, corn and salsa, heat through. Return turkey and combine with vegetables. Heat medium size non stick pan. Spray one side of corn tortilla with non stick spray and place spray side down in med-high heated pan. Place 1/4 cup of meat mixture with 1/8 cup of cheese on half of tortilla, fold over opposite side of tortilla. Flip tortilla after crispy on one side. Serve immediately.
