1 squash chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 lb of very lean ground turkey cooked
1 can black beans rinsed
1 packet of mild chili mix

I cooked the ground turkey first and mixed with the chili mix then mixed all the ingredients together in a large pt, simmered for about 45 minutes and it came out great!
