1. Brown Turkey meat chopped onions together in bottom of a deep pan such as a stock pan. No oil needed.2. After onions are clear and meat is brown, add stewed tomatoes, water and one small can of tomato paste (6 oz)3. rinse a 15 oz can of red kidney beans, drain and add t o pot.4. Add Worchestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, tobacco sauce and salt. 5. Bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer on low. Stir every 10 minutes 6 times.
