2 Tbls Chili Powder

Here is how you make Rick's Turkey Chili:

brown the turkey on medium heat so as not to have big clumps of meat. Season with salt and pepper.Add the diced onion and diced green pepper. Turn heat up to high. Simmer for just a couple mins.Add the can of whole tomatoes, juice and all. Crush the tomatoes with your hand (fun part for me). Add both cans of beans with juice. Add all of the spices then stir well. Salt and pepper to taste.Put on the lid and bring to a boil.Once boiling stir well and reduce to low heat for about 1.5 hours.Serving Size: makes 8 servingsNumber of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SAVRICK.
