In medium size skillet on medium low add EVO, then add curry powder.Stir in curry powder let it cook for 2 minutes.Then add Turkey wings, onions, celery, green pepper, parsley, & ginger. Stir in completely, sautee for about 5 minutes. Then add 1 cup and half of water(water depends on how much sauce you like). You can add tbsp of flour to thicken sauce.
