Coat a non stick pan with cooking spray ... toss in the garlic, veggies and spices, cooking a few minutes on low/medium till they're softened a bit.Add shredded turkey, lemon juice and broth ... cooking thoroughly.Lay out your tortillas. Place 1/4 cup cheddar onto each, layer with 1/2 cup turkey mixture and 1/4 cup salsa. (You may want less salsa then that, we like it .. a lot!
