Here is how you make Turkey Koufta:

Roughly chop parsley and onion. Alternating, add ground turkey, onion, parsley, and garlic to meat grinder with coarse blade. If you do not have a meat grinder you could use a very strong food processor but process in very small batches. Grind all. Switch to fine blade and grind again. Shape into footballs and grill or saute until browned and thoroghly cooked for sandwiches or to eat on salad.
