1. Preheat grill and brush lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.2. Mix turkey, lime peel, thyme, allspice, crushed red pepper and salt together. Shape into 4 patties.3. Grill patties until thoroughly cooked and grill bread and onions at same time.4. After removing the bread from the grill, brush each slice with 1/2 tbsp. olive oil mayonnaise and assemble burgers with 2 onion slices and one patty each.Enjoy!*This recipe originally called for ground pork.
