Here is how you make Light Ground Turkey Lasagna:

1. Spray a 13 X 9 casserole with cooking spray. Preheat your oven to 350.2. Brown ground turkey in a large nonstick saucepan.3. In a large mixing bowl, combine riccotta, cottage cheese, egg whites, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir in half the mozzarella cheese. Set aside.4. Once turkey is browned, add the marinara sauce and heat through.5. Layer the lasagna as follows: cover the bottom of the casserole with marinara mixture.
