32 oz Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup grated Parmesean Cheese
14 oz fresh grape tomatoes(chopped)
8 oz red bell peppers(chopped)
3 large onions(chopped)
3 tbsp minced garlic
5 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp salt
16 bay leaves
8 tsp basil

mix together eggs, cottage cheese,& mozzarella. in large sock pot saute onions & garlic add ground turkey, cook until slightly browned. Add in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, peppers, spices and oil. Cook until well mixed. scoop layer of sauce toppped with cheese mix top with lasagna noodles. assemble 3 or 4 more layers. bake covered with foil for 50 mins. remove foil and bake for about 15 mor minutes or until lightly browned.
