On high, heat butter and olive oil in wok and add onion, red pepper and mushrooms. Saute until tender then add spices and stir to mix.Add ground turkey and continue to cook on medium high, stirring all the time. Add water as needed. Once turkey is done or almost done, add rice and the rest of the water.
