Here is how you make Turkey and Venison Meatballs:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees1) Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.2) Form into decent sized balls. I usually make 28 meatballs, for a serving size of 4 each. They will fit perfectly into a 9 x 11 baking pan. If not using a non-stick pan, spray with cooking spray. There wll practically be no grease rendered.3) Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until done.
