Preheat oven to 375 degreeF. In bowl combine egg, 1 cup of DRAINED tomatoes, bread crumbs, cheese, peppers and turkey. Mix well. Spray large muffin(6) pan with cooking spray, I use Olive Oil, place pan on cookie sheet. Fill with meatloaf mixture and Bake for 30 mintues. Heat tomatoes and spread on meatloaves. Very moist.
