Here is how you make Turkey Tofu Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In a large bowl mash tofu with a potato masher. Once tofu reaches a crumbled state add Turkey, Onion, Milk, Egg, and Quinoa. Combine all ingredients (I like to use my hands to mix everything together).In a separate bowl combine Tomato paste, Mustard, & honey.Grease a 9x9" baking dish. Place ingredients in baking dish or shape your meat mixture into a rectangle shape and place on a greased dish. Brush tomato mixture on top of meat. Bake for 60 minutes.
