Makes Five,1 cup servingsIn a LARGE non-stick frying pan spray a tiny bit of Pam in the pan, and sautee the onions and bell peppers for aprox 3- 4 minutes just to get the flavor released. Put aside in a bowl. Brown Turkey in the same pan, then add back in the onions and bell peppers. Stir often and cook for 2-3 minutes.
