Here is how you make Turkey Sloppy Joe's:

Makes 6 servings.Lightly coat large sauce pan with cooking spray. Heat onions, peppers or any veggies of your choice till soft. In separate pan, brown ground turkey and drain. Add browned turkey to sauce pan with veggies. Add tomato sauce, ketchup and mustard. Cook on medium 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally. Toast english muffins, divide mixed onto both sides of 6 english muffins. Top with grated cheese and enjoy! You can substitue leaner turkey or low fat cheese to save even more calories.
