Heat oil in a large nonsick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms,onion and garlic cook about 5 minutes stirring often, until onions are soft. Remove mixture. Add Turkey to skillet and break up with a wooden spoon until cooked. Add the mushroom mixture and rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil.
