Cook Pasta, brown ground turkey. Add onions and celery to the ground turkey and soften slightly, add tomato sauce and cream cheese (also 1 cup buffalo sauce) which I could not find as an ingredient. Lay pasta in a rectangle pan (13x9) and pour the tomato ground turkey mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and top with the cheese and broil for 5-10 minutes until desired meltiness is reached.
