Here is how you make Turkey Pasta with Peppers:

Cook pasta; set aside. Cook turkey in 2tbsp oil, with garlic. When brown, add fennel, paprika and crushed pepper. Cook about 3 min; transfer to bowl. In same pan add 1 tbsp oil and saute onion about 2 min; add peppers and saute about 3 more min. Add turkey and mix in. Add marinara; bring to bubble and simmer about 3 min. Add fresh oregano.
