1 large package yellow rice
1 can diced tomatos
1 sweet onion diced
3 shallots diced
1 cup fresh kale chopped
1 can sweet corn
1 cup diced carrots
5 tbsp. olive oil (more or less to taste)
Dave's famous seasoning to taste
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. ground garlic or several fresh garlic cloves
1 tbsp. dried parsley
salt & pepper to taste


How Do I Make Ground Turkey Rice Bowl?

Here is how you make Ground Turkey Rice Bowl:

Cook rice per package instructions. While rice is cooking. Heat olive oil in pan. Add diced carrots, onion, shallots,kale, and garlic to pan. Cook over medium heat till almost tender. Push veges to outer rim of pan and cook meat in the center. Add Dave's famous seasoning to meat as it is cooking. Once meat is almost cooked through mix with vegetables. Next add all the canned ingredients and remaining seasoning. Stir and simmer till rice is done. Once rice is complete, add to meat and veggie mixture and serve.
