Here is how you make Turkey and rice w/ Veggies:

Tear turkey off the bone, cut up in small pieces, place in a stock pot. Add mixed veggies and 8 cups of water. Boil, occasionally stirring. Add in the rice, butter and garlic salt. Let boil for 5 more minutes. Turn on low and cover to simmer until liquid is cooked out. After rice is tender and liquid is cooked out, measure out 3/4 cup per plate.
