Here is how you make Turkey Sausage and Apples:

Slice sausage length wise and cut in half again for 8 equal size half-links, brown in skillet. Remove sausage, keep warm. Melt 2 tbsp butter in pan, then add jelly and simmer on low for 5 minutes or so. Add apples and sausage and simmer for another 10 minutes to heat through. Makes 4 servings (2 links each) of approximately 3.5 oz each.
